Our Pet Bed 10 Year Limited Warranty
We are proud to offer one of the best warranties in the business. Our
10-year limited warranty can be explained as the follows:
During your first year of ownership, the manufacturer will be
responsible for any defective parts, labor and materials of your Pooch-Pedic™ or Kitty-Pedic™ pet
bed and will perform any needed repairs to your mattress at no cost to you.
Shipping and handling fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Starting the 2nd year of Pooch-Pedic™ or Kitty-Pedic™ ownership, the customer will be
responsible for a pro-rated amount, plus shipping and handling fees, for any
defective mattress returns. This pro-rated amount is calculated by dividing the
number of years you owned the Pooch-Pedic™ or Kitty-Pedic™ by 10, then it is multiplied by the cost
of the mattress. For example, if you have a mattress that became defective
in its 2nd year, you would then be responsible for paying a 20% of
the mattress cost.
The manufacturer will not be responsible for
any damage that occurred to the mattress after it has been received by the
customer. This includes, but is not limited to food, drink, urine,
punctures, or
burns. A certain amount of cosmetic change will occur in foam over time.
This is not considered a defect.
If you believe that your Pooch-Pedic™ or Kitty-Pedic™ has become defective, we ask that you call
or email us to determine if in fact there is damage, what the cause of the
damage was/is, and if needed, instructions on how to return the pet bed. An RMA (Return Material Authorization) number must be obtained before
returning your bed and it must be received at our manufacturing
plant.
We strongly believe that our foam will hold up over time if cared for
properly. Please see our care and handling page for more information on how to
keep your Pooch-Pedic™ or Kitty-Pedic™ memory foam pet bed looking, and more importantly performing
